About Us
In 2007 Stephen started working for a tree service in Pennsylvania. He enjoyed the challenge of doing each job well and on time. In 2015 he was given the opportunity to purchase Tri-state Tree Service in Ohio. He bought the company and moved with his family to Ohio and continues to enjoy growing the business. He thrives on jobs that provide a huge challenge, and has taken on projects that other companies have refused to work on. Tri-state has benefited from his skilled workmanship and clear leadership.

Without any problems, Tri State Tree Services removed four large trees, and numerous smaller trees, from my heavily wooded and heavily sloped lot. I had also contracted for the clean up of a storm-damaged tree for a relative of mine, and the crew chipped every bit of the damaged tree limbs and cut the remaining tree into manageable logs to split for firewood. This work was completed courteously and as scheduled. The crew arrived on time, and everything was done within four hours. There were no surprises in terms of the quoted fee...

It bears noting that Tri State removed a 50 foot tree behind my home, one that was less than 15 from the home and growing at the top of a steep ravine. The ground in the area between the tree and the home is not level. Tri State brought a special piece of equipment that made this tree's removal safe for both the homeowner and the employee felling the tree. Ultimately, it took the owner about six minutes to bring the tree down safely, by himself. If you have a similarly difficult situation, I recommend a call to Tri State Tree Services.
